The Show Must Go On: Virtual Performances by ARA Board Members

With musicians unable to tour and fans unable to attend live shows, many artists have turned to virtual concerts to help fill the void. While it’s no substitute for the real thing, these online performances and videos from a few of our board members can help tide you over.

“Moderated by John Schaefer, this episode features performances of “License to Kill” with Cash; “Blessed the Brave” with Lizz Wright; “Big Stars Have Tumbled” with Elvis Costello; “Can You Be Human?” with Ry Cooder; “Long As I Can See the Light” with Marc Cohn; “A Change Is Gonna Come” with Brandi Carlile and Gary Clark Jr.; and “We’re All In This Together Now” with Cash and John Paul White.”

John Paul White and Rosanne Cash team up on We’re All In This Together Now, with all proceeds benefitting the Music Health Alliance.

The fourth installment of Tift Merritt’s “Nightcap” features some wise words and a performance of Love Soldiers On. Check out Tift’s Instagram for more cozy evening sessions.
