Artist Rights Alliance is excited to partner with Americana Music Association to bring you two unique events at the 2019 Americana Fest in Nashville, Tennessee.

First, we are honored to have been chosen by AMA to present on historic and recently passed legislation affecting the industry. ‘The State of the Music Modernization Act’ will include a brief presentation on the legislation by ARA’s Erin McAnally followed by a moderated panel discussion with artists Keb’ Mo’ and Jason Eskridge, Concord Publishing’s Brad Kennard, and Regan Smith, General Counsel of the U.S. Copyright Office. We are looking forward to this unique opportunity to foster conversation regarding the MMA between artists, independent publishers, and the US Copyright Office. Join us on Wednesday, September 11th from 11a — 12p at The Westin Hotel in the Vanderbilt III room. This event is open to conference registrants only. See below for ticket link.

ARA’s second event, ‘Artist Rights Alliance Presents: A Night at the Bluebird’ will include an intimate night of song-swapping with Allison Moorer, Dylan LeBlanc, Hayes Carll, and Shelly Colvin. This showcase marks the celebration of the ARA’s Music Council; a newly formed network of music creators and industry allies helping to forward our mission for the fair treatment of all music creators in the digital age. What better way to mark the launch of the council than with a long-standing Nashville tradition in a revered historical setting. Celebrate with us on Friday, September 13th at the Bluebird Cafe from 6–8pm. Open to Conference Registrants or $10 at the door. Seating is limited; please arrive before showtime or seating will be given up — no standing allowed. Reservations strongly suggested and may be made online for $3 at www.bluebirdcafe.com. Limited walk-up seating for Conference Registrants. There is a $10 food/drink minimum purchase per seat.
